Our vases are primarily crafted from different types of clays. For the color, we use a combination of paints, dyes, and some elbow grease to create a unique look for each piece.

Caring for your vase is fairly simple. Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight, high moisture levels, and harsh chemicals.

If the vase gets dirty, wipe it with a clean dry cloth. To deal with stains, we recommend using a slightly damp cloth to carefully wipe them off.

Too much abrasive pressure or can change the look and color of the vase, so be gentle when cleaning.

We offer international shipping to most countries barring some locations due to logistical or legal reasons such as embargos.

We do not currently offer custom designs, but we are working on it.

Change of mind is not acceptable once goods have been shipped. If you wish to return your parcel, you will have to bear the shipping cost.

All our vases are made using traditional methods so there may be some variation and natural faults or defects present as is normal with all hand made goods.

If your goods arrive damaged or broken, we can issue a refund or offer you a reship.

Please note that due to the nature of the product, reships may not be possible in all cases. In that case, you can choose a vase in the same price point or ask for a refund.

Proof will be required to process reship or refund requests. To make the process quick and easy, just shoot a video as you are unpacking the parcel which you can then use as proof.

In most cases, delays are caused by the shipping company. Once the package is shipped, problems from the courier end are out of our hands.

However, if your package does not arrive within the determined time, send us a support request and we’ll try to help you out as best we can by coordination with the shipping company.
